Hi, I’m Christopher Lozynski, a CFA charterholder, licensed CPA, and founder of Lozynski Advisory.

I’m not your typical consultant. I’ve co-founded and built a business from the ground up. As CFO and COO of Mindful Care—the first psychiatric urgent care in the U.S.—I helped scale the company into a multi-state mental health provider with over 250 employees. I wasn’t just managing numbers; I was leading teams, building infrastructure, and making tough decisions with people’s livelihoods in mind.

Earlier in my career, I worked at respected institutions like Grant Thornton, Hilco Global, and a private investment office led by a former Citadel executive. I gained deep expertise in capital raising, strategic planning, dynamic financial modeling, real-time dashboard reporting, and building scalable playbooks for growth—skills rarely accessible to small business owners.

I launched Lozynski Advisory to change that.

My mission is to bring the blue-chip sophistication of running a high-performance business to the Small and Midsize Business (SMB) market—unlocking that level of strategic finance, discipline, and clarity at a price point that makes sense for founders and operators. No fluff, no ego. Just real partnership grounded in execution.
